Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, we will pre-authorise your payment. Once your product's availability is confirmed with our supplier, we will process the payment and dispatch your order promptly. If any item is unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details, including the tracking number (via email) once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Service Zone:

Currently, our delivery services are available only for locations within the UK.

Processing Time:

Processing begins on the date the order is placed. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to process orders. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Every effort is made to ship your order quickly. The deadline for placing orders is 5:00 PM (GMT, Greenwich Mean Time, London).

Delivery Time:

  • Standard shipping: We usually deliver orders within 4-7 working days (Monday to Saturday) during regular seasons.

Delivery Costs:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This offer applies to all eligible locations within our delivery service areas.

Our Carriers:

We use DPD UK, Evri and Yodel for deliveries.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you don't receive this email, please reach out to our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling our helpline at +44 7426 133563 or by emailing us at support@bunnytoy.shop.

Delivery Failure:

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (BUNNY TOY) at the customer’s expense. This includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Change of Delivery Address:

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at support@bunnytoy.shop or call us at +44 7426 133563.

After Receiving Your Order:

Please inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation:

We regret that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will provide a full refund upon cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to request a refund after receiving the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

Gift Wrapping:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.

Holidays:

Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

Tax:

bunnytoy.shop does not charge any additional taxes.
