Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition .
If you receive the wrong size, color, a faulty or damaged item(s), defective item(s), or if any item(s) are missing or the package is torn, please contact us at support@softiz.co.uk with two photos and a brief description. We will resolve the issue with the following options:
1• Replacement of the correct item(s).
2• Full refund.
For returns due to our mistake, you will not need to return .
Return process for change of mind or exchange
if you do not like our product (s) and you changed your mind or you want to exchange the item(s) you receive follow these steps
1• Contact us: send us two photos of the purchased item(s) along with a small description to support@softiz.co.uk and include your order number and your desired item (s) link for the exchange.
2• Inspection: we will inspect your your request and we will send you the approve email with RA return authorization and our warehouse address.
3• Ship back: Repack the item in its original packaging, attach the RA number, and send it using your nearest shipping service. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for this return.

Sustainability Reminder
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item(s) due to circumstances outside of our control and after receiving a full refund from us, we encourage you to reuse, donate, or give the item(s) to someone in need, rather than throw it away. This helps reduce waste and promotes a sustainable environment.

Refund
Once we receive your return package we will notify you ,then we will inspect the quality of the item(s) to ensure they match the condition shown in the photos you provided us. If everything is correct, we will process your refund to the payment method used at checkout. The full refund should appear in your account within 10 business days.

Modify or cancel
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@softiz.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
